Linda Brennan is an expert in growing, cooking with and teaching about the nutritional value of edible flowers. Linda will be presenting at the Star Rooftop Entertainment Hub a talk with the title: Blooming Delicious.
As a Queensland author, eco-educator and organic horticulturist, Linda will introduce you to her favourite edible blooms, and inspire you to create simply beautiful meals, from breakfast to dinner and snacks in between, with flowers you can grow at home.
Whether you have a balcony or a big garden, you’ll be growing blooming delicious flowers in no time.

Her education experience includes studying horticulture, environmental education, urban planning, permacultureand organic farming. When she is not appearing at events, you’ll find her teaching her Science in the Garden Curriculum through schools, lecturing, or exploring organics world-wide and running workshops.
